I feel for the little guy. It was hard seeing Maggie adjust to life without her owners who were my grandparents. Grandma died in '21 and grandpa died in June of '24. Maggie lives with us now

You are totally wrong! Cats are very loving!! If a cat loves you , you can see it and feel it. I'm not only saying that cause i love cats,, because i love dogs too! Cats are very affectionate! Me and my lady fell in love with our neighbors cat which they let us chill with the her at our place over nights sometimes! The level of this cats affection was up there with some of my pet dogs ive had in my past! Yes their not as affectionate like dogs, because cats are more wild in thier dna then dogs. And were around less then dogs to humans over the centuries and time were. But once a cat loves you , it can be astonishing the personality that comes from them. This cat used to wait for me and knew around the time i came home from work in front of the house, id be in bed sometimes and she would just jump on my back in lay there, when we were home and she was outside, she'd rub her paws on the window frame so we can hear it to let her in. Lol amazing. Ive had alot cats over the years i know thier affections. My lady never liked cats before this cat ,but i told her "watch n see how loving they can be". and Yep she fell in love with this cat. Lol But this dog missing the owner is priceless! Poor doggie

Dogs don't love in a "little" way. They throw everything into their devotion. This is one thing people dislike because dogs will try to follow you into the bathroom when you take a crap lol. Cats are non-chalant about it....they sometimes notice you but sometimes don't.... some people prefer this type of non-clinging love. Yet a cat can be disrespectful: most will bite you on your toe or even worse: your face if they want you to wake up and feed them or let them outside! Dogs don't do that type of thing. And It can happen at 4am !!! ( And bird lovers HATE cats...because they can decimate a whole area population of birds if left to breed unchecked in an area for any length of time. That includes lizards, snakes, and marsupials too! )
