I'm the biggest dog lover going but these fuckers are just too unpredictable. Best thing would be to just stop breeding them.
Happened in Birmingham, UK. If you don't know the area, think Birmingham, Alabama, but full of blacks instead of whites, and even more impoverished.
It's an American XL 'Bully', and in my opinion the dog reflects the human that raises them irregardless of the actual breed. If the dog goes off on a rampage, such as this one did, it could only have learned that behaviour from witnessing it in a home setting. Both the owner and dog need to be destroyed.

Yeah that’s now the only solution, these dogs are built to kill and soon enough will be a banned dog but again will only mask the XL bully gene like they did with the pit bull

It's good to have seen "everything". Easy to say, but if I would get attacked by a dog, fingers in its eyes or in his ass. This second guy could also have sprayed it with gas from the station.
