If you're going to spend the night in a dumpster, it stands to reason that some point you're going to fall asleep.

Got some back story here:

Phoenix Fire crews rescued a woman trapped inside a Waste Management garbage truck early on December 31, 2024. Responders heard knocking from inside the truck, dug through hundreds of pounds of trash, and located the conscious woman in stable condition.

Yes they sleep among it but not in it. I have family who live on the streets and they don't sleep in it. That is why they have tents.
