In the Kaliningrad region, a bus traveling from Svetly to Kaliningrad, was cut off by a cargo minibus. Avoiding the collision, the vehicle shifted its trajectory and drove onto the side of the road, where two pedestrians were standing.

The man standing closest to the road did not have time to react and was hit by the bus. Having received injuries incompatible with life, he died on the spot.
