The excavator uses steel tracks and was on an angle steep enough to slide. The asphalt allows no traction/grip so the steel tracks don't bite and just slide over the surface given the weight to surface ratio it cannot stop itself

Excavators are a tricky beast they take someone with good sensibility.
No buddy that is very much realistic I think the guy that posted the original video took artistic license and used a filter but that it 100% real
Interesting how the steel tracks are sliding so easy and far on a level grade road. 🤔
