There was nothing to do luck with happening there. Everything that happened was all due to stupid. The idiot in the red car was stupid for cutting off the idiot in the silver wagon who only had to slow down but instead spun out ending up stopped in front of the idiot with the camera who should have already been slowing down as the idiocy ahead of him unfolded.
