Siwalkhas resident Islam's 17-year-old son Sameer went to bathe in the swimming pool after playing cricket in the afternoon. He bathed here for a long time. As soon as he came out, he suddenly fell on the ground. Other youths present here admitted Sameer to the hospital, where doctors declared him dead. The death of the youth caused an uproar in the house. The police reached the spot and took stock of the incident. SO Jani Prashant Tyagi says that the youth had a silent heart attack, due to which he died.
The swimming pool in which Sameer was bathing has more than 20 CCTV cameras installed there. The entire incident was captured in the cameras. People rushed him to the hospital. Doctors said that the young man had already died. He had a heart attack.

I suspect we need to switch ‘heart attack’ with ‘cardiac arrest’. The term heart attack is normally used to describe an ischaemic (lack of oxygen) injury to the heart muscle due to blocked arteries. A heart attack can lead to a cardiac arrest if enough muscle is damaged.

Thanks to an increase in ultra processed foods (UPF) and saturated fat consumption, kids are starting to develop atherosclerotic plaques (cholesterol deposits) in their arteries. USA has an alarmingly high level of this now. The use of ghee and dairy in India put them at high risk of heart disease, but this kid was slim.

So the likelihood was he had Long QT syndrome, which is an inherited condition where the electrical messages don’t pass through the heart normally. This leads to a long QT interval on an ECG (EKG).

Under strain, the heart of someone with Long QT Syndrome can go into a cardiac arrest rhythm. This is generally what happens when sports people drop dead on the pitch. The kid in the video had apparently been playing cricket before swimming which would have added to the strain.

The other possibility would be a congenital heart valve abnormality, but these usually come with more noticeable symptoms well before a sudden death, eg reduced exercise tolerance and shortness of breath.

You left out how there is an obvious potential of heart damage he may have sustained possibly having contracted SARS-Cov2 at some point or even from receiving the Pfizer or Moderna mRNA vaccines. JAMA Cardiology published research stating clearly there is an increased risk for incidence of pericarditis & myocarditis particularly in males aged 16-24 within 7 days of having received their 2nd dose of those vaccines which matches up with the research the US DoD had. Military .com was the first American news outlet to report about there being a link between the vaccines & myocarditis & in 2023. IDK what the UK NHS has been saying.

When too many healthy just start dropping dead they are no longer outliers, they are the proof.

IHSS Ischemic Hypertrophic Subaortic Stenosis. Same thing that killed Hank Gathers (LMU basketball great) congenital from birth, rears its head mostly in males ages 16 to 22 immediately after exertional execise and one of the leading killers of young male athletes "dropping dead" during athletic events. If this were not drug related, then it's overwhelmingly likely heart related, and if heart related, overwhelmingly like IHSS.
