Horrible footage from Ulyanovsk: a car crushed an 8-year-old boy in front of his parents

A witness to the tragedy told the details:

"The family got out of the taxi. The parents went ahead, and the child squatted down, apparently to get a kitten out of his backpack. At that moment, the female driver, not noticing the child, moved off and drove over him.
