I got blown on the job once. Well, not really on-the-job. It was in the company parking lot during a break.

I know whatcha meant. It's always the last one because not enough oxygen gets in until then.
Death has a design too. It has some commonality with Murphy's Laws which were writ with the objective of avoiding death often, in all situations. Learn them, Live them, Love them!
Maybe there should be a strict rule: only open the lid of the last port from x-amount of meters away using a long pole type object. 🤔
