58-year-old farmer Jagjeevan Singh, who was riding his bicycle to attend to his fields during the morning rain, was killed when a wall, weakened by the rainfall, collapsed onto him. The wall belonged to an unbaked-brick storage area, kept by brick kiln owners, who had been warned several times earlier that the wall could collapse at any moment.
