I’m amazed his head stayed on with the length of that rope. The force was enough to break the bridge’s fascia.

It's a pedestrian bridge. I'm surprised a stiff breeze didn't level it ages ago if it's anything like this one!
I am always impressed with early Halloween decorations in any community. Organic ones such as this are ingenious because by the holiday, they will be spectacularly horrific! One can't say enough about proper preparation! Also, I hate procrastination!
