So my uncle who's always been an alcy used to go into a superstore (Co-op uk) and just help himself to whatever he wanted (a block of cheese he just opened and took a couple bites) was the one I was told about i remember asking how come he didn't get arrested for shoplifting and was told if you eat the stuff in store it doesn't count as stealing if you just walk out without the item on your person 🤷♂️🤣

This reminds me of the bakery section in Lidl. I go in there every day after picking my daughter up from school. There's a Dad with 6 kids who also goes there every day after the school run.
