Try authentic peruvian cuisine,fresh ceviches and fried seafood
Also asian is pretty good (authentic chinese,japanese,thai)

I enjoy traditional chinese quite alot. Nearly all dishes have some kick to it wich i like and are pretty rich in flavor too its great stuff

ill never get tired of indonesian food... theres a big debate about where some of it comes from (e.g. is rendang from malaysia or indonesia) but idc man the food is so damn good that after a good night of drinking , its the only thing that'll pull me out of a hangover.

and my mom makes the best rawon (fermented black nut stew) ever... with all the fatty beef parts.... im getting hungry again lol

I'm a pretty simple guy, I like American food. A good burger and fries, You can't beat it, some good barbecue, veggies, and pie, You can't beat it.

Probably Thai (red curry especially) and Vietnamese (pho and banh mi). I also like aspects of other Asian cuisines, and my favorite restaurant could be described as Asian fusion.
