Favorite food "culture"?

That’s a tough one.

I think maybe Cajun/creole is my favorite to eat and cook.

I’ve become something of a wiz using brick roux and the trinity

I'm a pretty simple guy, I like American food. A good burger and fries, You can't beat it, some good barbecue, veggies, and pie, You can't beat it.

Iet me get snarky and say only barbeque us american out of those you listed. Its pretty common when asked "whats your favorite american food" people say hamburger and french fries. No harm meant though.

Food....obviously. But if i had to choose, first place is definitely Italian. Urgh their pizza and pasta is to die for!!! I MUST travel back there, before I die and taste their heavenly food.
Then polish, turkish and danish.

My wife is Shan (Burmese) and cooks some wicked good dishes.
