Glad the driver wasn't charged, honestly. Considering long haul drivers get robbed on the highway, anyway, and dipshit was likely in a blind spot, so the driver probably wasn't aware the worm was there. Long haul drivers should be given hazard pay, as well, as long as they do their job.
