This is impractical ..but,
Keep door locked.
Security guard stands there and opens it for ONE person at a time, locking it after that one person comes in.
Security guard follows that one person around like a bad smell.
only opens the door for that person to exit ONLY if they pay for what they got.
(but even then, you'd probably just be shot!)

I don't know where this at but if you try to hit a Walgreen's like this out west or down south in the Chi, the security will work you over and they always holding. North side security like this though, unarmed and passive aggressive.
