RTD bus driver ran red light, caused multi-vehicle crash, CSP says
Four people were injured in the Aug. 25 crash on South Parker Road that involved six vehicles.

CSP initially indicated that the driver of an SUV might have been at fault for the crash.
But investigators obtained video that showed the RTD bus driver, identified as Nathan Yitbark, running a red light. They determined that he was at fault for the crash.

Interesting, maybe as part of Yitbark's defense he can claim to be a dolphin and that the transit didn't provide reasonable accommodation for his transspeciesism by installing a tank on the bus.
