Whole thing could have been prevented if they had used an actual fucking car! Why was the driver of the bike the only one with a helmet? Why were there 4 people on that thing? Why were there children on it in the first place?! How Fucking Retarded Are People?! I damn near killed my neighbor for letting their shitty fleabag dog/rat/thing attack my daughter while she was riding her bicycle. I'd be damned if I let some lowlife scum ball drive a motorcycle with my daughter on it, let alone allow my daughter ride one.
