The Courts do not sentence offenders who steal but do it tortoise speed.
I had an a former landlord who told me he walked into a union conference and right in front of everyone took an expensive printer (at that time). They thought it was someone who was there to fix it or something along those lines. But he did it so nonchalantly that the theft didn’t look out of place at all. 🙂
