That's what people have been getting at, I'm not great at math but if you add my quickly googled information above, only 0.7% of the population are American natives but they commit 2.4% of the crimes, 1.5% of rapes, that's triple and double the percentage of the actual people per population.
Like I said I'm not great at math so I'm not sure how that would pan out for any race on there when you correlate those both pieces of information I'm just saying your chart doesn't seem to be fair, I'm not even blaming you it's obviously a screenshot just the same as mine is.
