They always call for EMS too quickly. Got to let them bleed out enough that they don't make to the hospital. Help the tax payers out. Good rule of thumb is 20 minutes. Furthermore, when firing, aim for the face at these close distances. Center of mass isn't necessary in these up close situations. However, it is highly recommended to aim for the head in all circumstances.
