Don't know, the back story on YouTube does not mention anything about drug dealing, just that she had assaulted her neighbour (who had alerted the cops)..

I was just making a joke & how it was a "burner phone" because it burned up.
There was a nice small toxic cloud of smoke. I couldn't see where the leads from the tazer hit but, I assume one hit the phone. Good find though. I didn't know that could even happen.

Burner phones is an older expression and I don't think even drug dealers use them any longer or they don't need to anyway. The telecom industry made virtual phone number apps. Now, you just use those... not that I know anything about either of those subjects. 🤭🤫
