A BMW X5 was ripped apart after its driver attempted a high-speed overtake and slammed head-on into a truck in Russia's Tambov region.
The driver's wife and their two sons, aged 9 and 13, were killed in the crash. Authorities say excessive speed contributed to the collision.

That was a huge speeding, passing already passing car. Stupidity at its best. If there wasnt innocent involved, i’d say deserved!

He might have just made it if he floored it and overtook car although at that speed it's going to be tricky going back to your lane without over correcting.
