when I worked at a casino for a while, I saw decent looking waitresses in slutty clothes bringing in up to thousand + dollars a night. I mean, it’s another way women live life on easy mode while men gotta bust their ass to make that kind of money.

So, I actually worked as a waiter for a couple of years as a second job. The bastards didn't pay jack and made people live off tips, but I was okay with it because I only worked for good insurance they had. Anyway, the reason I bring this up is cause I had a co-worker just like the woman in OP's post. Chick got screwed somehow, I didn't care to ask why, but she was desperate. Never got tips, not because she gave bad service, but because most of our customers were just unfriendly to self-absorbed cunts.
The customer got angry, the manager had to discipline her, and she almost got fired, but she was our second cook. So, she was forced to work full-time in the kitchen. You'd be surprised how much more kitchen staff can get paid than waiters.
She doing better now, but I want to end it before I ramble. Folks, if you spare cash, just help out a good waiter or waitress.
Otherwise, your favorite restaurants will be filled with nothing, self-serving asses like me they can't fire because they can't replace.
