Prisons in Russia are much like the U.S. except outdated. His age and crime will probably mean he will be locked up in a solitary cell with 1 hour of exercise outside per day. So it will be peaceful and quiet. Mainly because the guards don't put up with any noise being made.

Where I was solitary meant you didn't get to spend your time outside in a common yard or do work. Most people had a second person in their cell and they didn't care. A guard only goes down thay hall every 30 minutes. People screamed all day and all night long but you couldn't see them.

23 years old I'm in Mexico on vacation we go to a real nice restaurant it was taking forever to get our food we were with another couple so I complained when our food and finally did come we had all ordered filet mignon those three got beautiful pieces of filet and I got a piece of roast beef honestly not only that I was sick for three f****** days never complain in a restaurant ever it's a true story man and I've never done it ever since I'm 50 now less than f****** learn the hard way

As someone who's experienced major cuts, I don't understand how people can calmly handle knives while chatting, as if nothing will happen. I guess it's a trauma response.
