From what I observe on the footage this rapper idiot actually *pushes* the guy off the stage - had the latter not survived the dive... rapper idiot might have faced prison time: reckless endangerment or even manslaughter. And even with this, well, "happy end" of sorts, he should face charges for abuse.
At least in my country getting arrested for his actions after being sued, would be a reasonable expectation.

I see what you mean. My use of "monkey" was not intended as a racial slur, but more in the sense of irresponsible individuals, jumping around like monkeys, like little kids when they are merry making. I think that comes from the use of the Dutch "apen" (monkeys) to indicate the behaviour of young kids, which is definitely not a racist reference.
