oh yeah... good idea! poke your head in near a couple of mechanical swing arms that are capable of applying 100s to 1000s of pounds worth of pressure. maybe he needed to inspect performance that could only done by getting within close proximity to get the best visual inspection. maybe installing cameras for such a task may help. but yes, typically getting visuals from a camera may not be the answer. machine work is finicky business. idk... quite the error here though. perhaps safety sensors for sudden shut off in such a case may help?
