The one filming speaks "Mexican Spanish". Colombians have a different accent and pronunciation of many words and some words even have different meanings. It’s possible the one filming was the one that got robbed.
The fat lard dying was robbing I assume a market place with an accomplice which they are trying to "grab". I was unable to see plates. Imo it’s Mexico but who knows.
