It's called 'I'm happy to live in America". If you ain't got a gun apparently in some states, you are "brainless and dickless" according to one police officer I spoke with in LA a few yrs back. In Holland or Germany, the safe would have contained variety of sex toys, weed, and maybe good whiskey.
