The bloke who tried to haul him back up is Ross, he ended up in the nuthouse for a while because of it, I think I've seen him about twice since it happened.

I'll also add that there was a young lad named Ben, who'd just got into punk, he saw Paul as him mentor, Paul looked after Ben and took him to gigs and pubs. Ben was devastated when Paul died.. and in 2012 Ben Hung himself... me and Pete laugh about that too
