Recently saw Weapons. Great fucking horror film, a new twist on witchcraft.
Coherence was a great movie, but it really deserved a better cast and a larger budget. The premise and mindfuckery compensated for the latter.
Not quite horror in the traditional sense, but the ending paid off. The Wave:
And here's another film with Justin Long in it that turned out better than I thought it would.
Dagon was awesome! But I'm probably a little biased because I am a huge huge huge H.P. Lovecraft fan😁Dagon was very creepy to me.
🤣😂😆The most nerve wracking and scary movie I’ve seen is The Big Short.
The Ring definitely!! While the Japanese version is definitely the OG (Ringu) I actually do appreciate the American version as well! And 100% love '80s and '90s horror. And Texas Chainsaw Massacre is definitely a classic though I always end up wanting to punch some of those girls in the throat who are helplessly flailing around and screaming ... running aimlessly and falling down every two steps😂🤣😂Ring ( japanese ) : Perfect !! Ring 0 and 2 : Bullshit waste of time !! Of course masterpiece " The texas chainsaw massacre " !! I also like a lot old movies of Wes Craven ...
I saw a sci-fi movie over a year ago that I really enjoyed but I can't remember the name of it. Some people venture into a cave and it warps time. Have you seen that one?Weapons is definitely on my list to watch!
And I agree regarding the budget for coherence but I absolutely love it! It definitely comes off kind of like a B Movie feel but I actually was pretty impressed. It kind of reminded me of The Endless...just the feel of it.
And OH my GOD ....I love LOVE Tusk!! Just because of how fucking bizarre and twisted it is...that's my jam😁
I think you're referring to Time Trap. Very good movie!!😁I saw a sci-fi movie over a year ago that I really enjoyed but I can't remember the name of it. Some people venture into a cave and it warps time. Have you seen that one?
Hey, let me offer you a useful tip for the forum that I think will work great for you:The Ring definitely!! Looks interesting, I'll see if I can find a trailer on YT.
Terrifier was just too cartoony to me. However, Bone Tomahawk, the Hills Have Eyes remake, and the House of 1000 Corpses trilogy kinda fucked with my head.
That ...looks...AWESOME! I will definitely be checking that out!😁
Thank you!! I will give the +Quote thing a try. Hopefully I don't screw it up!🤣😂Hey, let me offer you a useful tip for the forum that I think will work great for you:
Let's say you've received three replies from three different people, right? Instead of reading and then replying to each one, you can hit that " + Quote " button below each reply and when you're ready to reply to them all at once, just mash "Insert Quotes". You can even reorder the quotes if you want by dragging them up or down in the menu. Here's how it looks in practice:

Bone Tomahawk was original and surprisingly good. The Terrifier series is a great comedy-slasher.
I also enjoyed M3GAN because I feel like the scenario is more than plausible over the next few decades.
That ...looks...AWESOME! I will definitely be checking that out!😁
Agree on all points...100%Terrifier was just too cartoony to me. However, Bone Tomahawk, the Hills Have Eyes remake, and the House of 1000 Corpses trilogy kinda fucked with my head.
Same. Check out this great collection of Lovecraft audiobooks.Dagon was awesome! But I'm probably a little biased because I am a huge huge huge H.P. Lovecraft fan😁

Narrated by Wayne June, an American voice actor. He was known for narrating the RPG Darkest Dungeon.
I listen to this every night to fall asleep.
He actually wrote a prequel, but hasn't felt the time is right to make the film. So maybe you'll get your wish!I would love to see Ari Aster do a prequel to Hereditary, exploring the Ellen and Joan story and the history of the coven. There are so many unanswered questions in this movie.
I loved Blair Witch too, and most of the Paranormal Activity franchise.

Pirating it now!Unfortunately, the trailer doesn't show us the atmosphere or the slow pace of the film.
I can tell you that the coldness and sense of uncertainty that the director achieved made this film a masterpiece.
Get OUT!! Seriously?? That's amazing I cannot wait.He actually wrote a prequel, but hasn't felt the time is right to make the film. So maybe you'll get your wish!
