It certainly looked deliberate. There was more than enough room between the curb in the other car for the truck to go through if he wanted to run the red light. And the way he keeps getting the truck wheels into the gutter and onto the curb tells me he was trying to deliberately run that guy over. As the truck runs him over, he gets the wheels further up onto the curb. That was deliberate as fuck. There’s more to the story than we know.
