Serious How Were You Introduced To Gore?

As a young, impressionable young tyke my gram used to watch serial killer documentaries in the living room and with unrestricted internet access in the early 2000s I decided to look up crime scene pics. The first body I actually saw was of Black Dahlia and another Jane Doe. Also had access to a large horror film library so suffice to say my brain was warped at a very young age.

Poked around the Internet.... ended up seeing video of a young girl hanging herself.. leading me to best gore and then here

A website called ogrish.com. I was facinated by the graphic suicide pics and videos. I was so sad when they shut it down. Then best gore was gone. Now im here. I visit few others however im usually lurking around here somewhere.... Anyone have any decent recommendations?

I used to watch tons of horror movies in the 80's and just ended up looking for more when I got my computer later in life. You? Did a friend tell you about gore sites? Reading gory magazines like Fangoria? Just decided one night that you were curious and explored by yourself?
Fangoria is a Great Magazine! I own at least 4. But my first gore was the ' Manson's murders ' in 1976. I watched it on my parents TV. Then read the book when it came out. 😈😉

Got into gore when my childhood friend gifted me a mummified lizard they had found. That led to an interest into anatomy and later horror started influencing that and I did a Google search on day in college for gore sites.

Here I am.

I didn't get introduced. I was just browsing the internet and somehow, I landed on gore stuff, here I am.

The first gore I saw was Chechclear back in the early 2000s. The video had an Ogrish watermark on it... I joined Ogrish that same day and pretty much visited that place everyday until its last day

My dad had "Faces of Death:The Millennium" on vhs when I was a kid, I was introduced to alot of classic gore from that. It had Budd Dwyer's suicide, JFK assassination, that fake Roswell alien autopsy, and Gary Plauch shooting that pedophile. I found Rotten.com and ThatsPhucked.com as my first websites for seeing this stuff.

I am by nature a shy person. One day around 2000 I ran into Gore, who tapped me on the shoulder during an interwebz browsing session and said, “Hi, my name is Gore. Can I interest you in seeing some poor old sod named R. Budd Dwyer bust a hollow point through the top of his dome and then bleed out profusely through his sinuses?” I said, “Yeah, I remember hearing about that dude in 1987, but couldn’t imagine ever being able to see the video of it!” A click and there, even in the days of free Net Zero modem internet, and I first saw the .357 being pulled from that Manila envelope.

i used to go on bestgore when that was a thing, i dont remember exactly what gore video i saw for the first time ive seen so many. im no old head so i dont have some story about a mexican magazine or some vhs tape. im sure my first experience with gore was on one of the chans i used to lurk regularly. ive been visting stingy websites like this one before my balls dropped. moral of the story: I LOVE GORE! I LOVE GORE! I LOOOOOOOOVE GORE!

My stepdad used to watch isis videos of people being squashed with tanks n shit, and he thought the best thing to do was show it to 12 year old me and my 10 year old brother, to this day me and my brother look at this stuff 😂

yeah, i was the ones that watched Faces Of Death from the 70's, my dad bought the full movie tape to me watch, just to end my curiosity of gore, and one of my experiences was the murder of shamil odamanov, chechclear, ogrish collection vol. 1-6, Nick Berg Execution, and some Isis vids, even the infamous kenji goto vid.

I was sent a video to watch, a cartel video years ago. I couldn't finish the video. Now it bores me. Im constantly seeking out more.gruesome content. I'm not right in the head anymore!!!

I walked in on my Mom looking at rotten.com. I remember it like it was yesterday, she was on the shotgun suicide image and when she noticed I was there she quickly closed out of it. I waited all day for her to go to bed so I could look up the browser history and explore it myself

I was online a lot when I was 12-13 in group chats and they’d send gore randomly. I don’t even remember why I was there, after that I got curious and searched gore online

In junior high, one of the resident bullies would use the school printer to print out images from rotten and pass them around to us other kids

This site back in high school!

Although I have to say after a short while for me the novelty wears out and gore becomes boring! I much prefer owning people in either political or social debates. So here I am! Sites like these are the only one's left really that allow actual freedom of speech. Far too many sub-human trash that get upset because they're fucking stupid and the only two remaining brain cells they have can't handle being proven wrong! Which is fucking easy to do!

I've been into horror stuff as long as I can remember! Even when I was a kid I loved all the Chucky movies and other cheesy 80's and 90's horror. Then when I got into my teenage years we used to get stoned and watch stuff on That's Phucked and the ync. I think the biggest thing that did it for me was when I was in my early 20's and me and this chick went to this website called the Gauntlet Challenge or something like that? It was kind of a slideshow of varying degrees of fucked up stuff from gore sites that increased in brutality as you went along. Anyway I think the biggest thing for me now is seeing actual extreme footage of things that are happening around the world. I'm just oddly fascinated by it
