A federal grand jury should look at this to see if they want to bring charges at least. I honestly don’t think they will bring charges though because of the woman driving into the officer. Even if she was panicking and trying to get away which I think she was the officer doesn’t have to decide if they are threatened as far as I know. I think it’s a sad situation all around.
