Those shit me up Doc. One near me and it's in a corner with a fenced off walkway to it. Like a tool when i was a kid i went and looked over it. Haunts me to this day. I nearly froze with fear and the noise of it.

Those fountains use a recirculating sump pump. A large one like this would certainly produce enough pressure to keep you submerged without assistance. A few hundred PSI at least.
