What was the sense in that? I'm going to guess drugs. Years ago, this obviously drug addled man about 21 years of age saw that I was about to pull into a parking place at Walmart. He sat down right on the curb of the parking place. I just sat in my car and just he sat there. After a time he got up and went in the store acting strange. I was afraid he'd pull out a gun...(he didnt).
