An entire country that is in the same state as the final days of these shopping malls in Detroit and Cincinnati when the cities' industries went bankrupt and took the customer base and funding away from these malls. Leaking, slowly rusting and rotting. Toxic molds growing on soggy wallpaper and carpet. Skylights cracking and falling down during storms. Dangerously exposed wiring in light fixtures. The entire country of Russia is in a state of dereliction and abandonment. This is the kind of culture that communism breeds. Hopelessness, nihilism, failure, and apathy.

I'd imagine they'll eventually get that painting done. At the rate they're going, check back in about 6 or 7 weeks. The funniest part of the video is when the one old drunk started scooping the paint back in the bucket, and then the camera panned out to another drunk fucker passed out on his back, and panned back again and "Scoops" faceplanted. Okay - so there were many funny parts! Great video! 🎨
