Seems, like a movie scene because when he hits the dude the gun sounds plastic. He also has the trigger depressed granted it is single action meaning the hammer must be cocked for the gun to fire. It is possible he could have been disarmed easily if the guy had the knowledge and balls.

I think the situation is real but the gun is fake and the guy is a toy gangsta wannabe, I'm sure he will still be charged as tho it was a real gun.
