Howling. 2012. South Korea.
4/10
A serial killer film using a dog.
Interesting film that has the usual unique style that S.K. cinema is known for. But this one fell pretty flat.
I was interested throughout the film but it fall back on well worn cliques of the 'cop drama'. One was the treatment of the rookie female detective. At times it became annoying how badly the character was treated, of course she instrumental in the end, but it was eye-rolling nonsense that lead up to it.

The attorney. South Korea.
Courtroom drama.
5/10
Interesting 'based on a true story' about a tax lawyer who defends a student on charges of being a commie. The lead is the same bloke in the above film. (Howling) Starts off kinda funny but all too soon gets serious, there are flashbacks at certain points and the drama at times does feel a bit heavy-handed. Could have had half and hour cut off it.

Tell no one. 2006. France.
10/10
A excellent thriller about a doctor whose wife is 'murdered' and 8 years later he gets a video of her alive sent to him.
There were alot of characters, lawyers, friends, police, thugs, family of the 'wife'. But it kept the main ones connected to the plot and then had certain people who only had little bits of information come and go. It doesn't take long for the story to get going and then maintains a steady pace. The focus mainly stayed on the doctor so the viewer learned what he did, there were a couple of side tracks but they were still relevent.
Not a straight forward watch but well worth it.
Trailer doesn't really do it justice.

Nope, the title is in fact what the fuck I said. "A Serbian Film" 2010 "Thriller/pornographic" 45 fuckin% on rotten tomatoes...I'm pretty sure the originality of this film deserves a goddamn 92%, but who the fuck am I.
