Some guy apparently drove into parliament fence went into the building and attacked some guards.

Also shot or ran over pedestrians on the road just prior.

I switched it over to RT. It cuts out all the sensastionalism and drama. Someone got stabbed and a few pedestrians got run over.

This kind of 'attack' happens almost every week somewhere in Europe. Maybe not always with dead victims.
Some days ago a man freaked out and attacked bystanders with an axe in Duesseldorf main train-station, 9 people got hurt.
Man from Kosovo was mentally ill, no 'terroristic' background, like many have stated immediately in forum/twitter posts here.
Internet rant as a hobby.
