I only speak a little, so I get your confusion. She put that money in a juice container, it was planned out. So the boss tells her to open it, knowing she couldn't, but maid tries to play dumb with that straw. Boss lady loses patience and goes all 'fuck I'll open it' and then the jig is up.

Unfortunatly, this happens quite a lot. My sister spend 6 months there when she was in university, had some shit stolen from her by workers there. Because my sister was rich or whatever, these maids seem convinced the people they steal from either won't miss it or won't mind. But those workers got found out ofcourse.
