20y old Joona Varjus got nine -year-and-five-month prison sentence for his role in the death of a taxi driver in a car accident that took place in Tampere, Finland.
He was convicted of homicide, aggravated drink driving, vehicle theft, violently resisting an official, two military servic
e offences, unbecoming conduct of a soldier, aggravated endangerment of traffic safety, a minor firearms offence, and petty theft.
He was also stripped of his military rank as sergeant.
