This trend started in the 90s when communities wanted to stop hoodlums from breaking into homes. There were a lot more from young teens doing it back then. It didn't stop there. After lowering house break ins the police begun using community watch. Next you know granny is calling to bring any assistance because she saw two young men walk in her neighborhood or kids playing on the street.

That was this shit's humble beginnings.

I would cover 25 MILES on a skateboard like it's NOTHING! ALL downhill between Buckhead and Smyrna, Georgia. Did that several times.

this is disturbing. i used to walk to and from kindergarten in nyc (across major avenues too)...not every day but often enough. more power grabs by the government.
