Poor thing. It’s just a tragedy. The guy didn’t look like he was speeding. And the moose is just crossing. It doesn’t know human traffic laws. Tsk tsk just really sad.

An old housemate of mine bought a remote cabin on a mountain in the Mid-Atlantic region of the USA (Lower Piedmont of the Appalachian Mountains) & his new friend & neighbor there was driving to work one foggy morning & hit a big stag w/a huge rack on it. It impaled him through his truck's windshield killing him. His body was stuck for many hours like that too until rescuers successfully got it unpinned. The police said he had to have been going a minimum of 50mph based on the damage to the front of the truck where the initial impact was based on their investigation calculations.
Morbid, insensitive me, asked if my ex-roomy had any photos while he was telling me about it all in his shocked & grieving state. 🤦🏼‍♀️😵‍💫

I thought so too but, I think he was really mad at me for even asking. If he wanted a shoulder to cry on he should've told all the gory details to his GF. Me, I thought it would've been cool to see a body of someone who got killed that way is all. You hear lots of stories about people dying that way but, rarely do you see it, even in movies. 🤷‍♀️😐
