I have a good recipe for hare, which we get where i live. Normally in the form of fresh winter morning road kill which I pick up on occassion. I marinate in red wine, garlic and pepper in the fridge for a few days and then cook it with chopped up prunes and cream. Tastes really nice and not at all gamey...Looks like white meat to me.
