A tragic traffic accident that claimed the life of a motorcyclist on the Pan-American Highway, between the municipalities of Popayán and Piendamó in the department of Cauca, was captured on video.
The crash occurred in the El Cairo sector, within the jurisdiction of Cajibío, and involved two motorcyclists.
According to initial reports, the deceased victim was riding a motorcycle with license plate LPT 56D and allegedly attempted to overtake a cargo truck on a curve. It was at that moment he collided with another motorcyclist traveling in the opposite direction.
