I think if more of their population held a permit & learned to drive, even just using a simulator game maybe, it'd help them to also be more used to looking & it would reduce their pedestrian involved accidents, of which India has many. Also, putting a walking bridge in places where there's been more than one pedestrian killed too like at that location.

I dunno what that has to do with this woman getting hit but, I have quite a thing for Valkyries & White Swans. 🥰 When the tips are down it can ride it's own shockwave & it can go Mach 3. 🙂
You can still see one on display at Wright Patterson AFB I think & maybe Udvar-Hazy has one near IAD if you're ever in those areas & have time to sightsee.
