all you need is his first and last name. date of birth helps too. they will serve him in the local paper's public announcement section if they can't locate him. sometimes they can use his telephone number to look him up, and now days they will send a text message informing the offender of the protection order.

I'm not sure about way you live, but in Washington it's up, to 10 years ando/or 10,000 dollar fine for violating 1 of those orders.

I appreciate the advice but I don't know how many times I can say, the cop(s) told me straight up I need his addy to file a restraining order, they cannot serve him with court papers if they do not know where to find him. However like I said he randomly text me his addy minus city and zip so working with that I might be able to get somewhere at the courthouse now.

Oh last time the cop that came tried to call him, he didn't answer the cop shook his head and said sorry I tried. Maybe they could be doing more, after the holidays if it's still going on I'll make another report, see if they can help me with the info I have and the partial addy, and be more forceful that I need their help.

And I'm not going to physically harm him, not gonna risk going to jail or stoop below his level for God's sakes he aint worth it!

I've made two police reports to have it on the record but that really doesn't do anything. I can't file a restraining order because I don't have his address.

He backed off for awhile, going from 10-20 calls and texts a NIGHT to a few a week but he started up again building up to tonight.

I downloaded an app (avast) that blocks his texts and calls but for whatever reason sometimes he gets to my voice mail, which prompts me to check my log make sure it's him then I see his texts.

He's fucking lost it!!! In one text telling me he loves me so much I'll always be his "ANGEL" then a minute later calling me vile names and throwing out outrages scenarios like I'm being a ho or doing drugs all the time and the fucking SHIT TALKING AND NAME CALLING IS HORRIBLE OMG!!!

I have him blocked on my fb but he claims to know what I'm writing. I just took all his family off my fb even though I care about some of them just because I can't know anyone who might be whispering shit in his ear. I love his lil bro and his mom I still talk to via text but I need to rant on there without worrying about who might see it.

I don't want to deal with this shit anymore! He's pathetic! I mean I know it hurts to lose someone you love but it was his choices that led me to make him go and it's been since early May wtf? It's pathetic, he texts me telling me he's crying over me then next second calling me a ho. I didn't realize how much it was affecting me till it stopped and I was SOOO relieved then now it's started again and I don't want to deal with this!!!

Oh and today he called my house phone twice as well. ><

Have him taken into the middle of nowhere and have him shot

I'm not really worried about a physical threat. He's all talk, plus he's said he's coming over whether I like it or not twice and hasn't, BUT for the record this home is very well protected!

you should never underestimate the threat, even if you think he'll never get physical, you should always expect the worse, and be as careful as you can.

Just an update the day/night after this I got bombarded with texts about how sorry he is and wants to be my friend pleeease and etc. I ignored them then nothing since then. It paid off telling him I wanted to write to him cause he sent me his full addy!! So after the holiday looks like I'm making a trip to the court house. Wish me luck....
