Here's a few photos of a dog trainer in Mexico City, anyway away from the photos she went to visit a friend in a small town outside of the city and her friend had to contact and pay the cartel for protection in case she got kidnapped haha

Apparently when they see a westerner they assume they have money so are instant targets and only the cartel can protect you.

Otherwise we'd probably see her on this site!

Yeah. I kind of don't think the "cartel" goes around kidnapping random westerners. It's more trouble than it's worth.

This is more likely local street level gangsters scamming "protection" money. Not everything that goes on down there is done on behalf of the cartels as some might believe.

Agree, these dropkicks live in such a shit state they don't realize people save their whole lives just to make one trip, Hollywood doesn't help making out all foreigners are rich, Cartels don't pay their young men much and they are not the brightest of dickheads, which equals a bad few weeks for some poor sod.
