I got stung by a manta ray , or sting ray , the nurse in San Juan Del Sur Nicaragua said Manta , either or , the worst pain I have ever felt in my life , right in the soft spot on my right foot in the middle , left hand side , I was lucky there was a clinic about a 5 minute taxi ride away , I don't know what she injected into my foot , but instant relief 😖😎

Well, I got the typical:
- Honey and green tea & Honey with lemon and hot water for general cold, runny nose and sore throat ...
- A teaspoon of Sodium Bicarbonate in a glass of water for stomach burn / acid reflux.
- Anything cold on a mosquito bite reduces the inflammation and numbs the nerves around the irritation.
- A coffee with some Schnaps (very strong alcohol) for a cold morning.
- Hot sand and NOT piss on a jellyfish sting, piss only makes it worse and can cause infection

And then general life advice of never let anyone walk all over you, punish accordingly and instantly. And "NO" should always be the first answer to any inquiry someone has for you, it's up to them to make their point first. Most people are just lazy and it doesn't mean you should do their shit for them.
And kindness does not always, in fact rarely, comes around ...
